**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and oversee financial strategies, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
- Lead the preparation of detailed financial statements, reports, and analyses for management and stakeholders.
- Responsible for forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis.
- Ensure compliance with accounting policies, standards, and local government regulations.
- Contact outside services for tax preparation, auditing, banking, investments, and other financial needs as necessary.
- Oversee overall accounting and financial management requirements, including AR, AP, GL, banks, and cash balances.
- Perform Balance Sheet (BS) and Profit & Loss (P&L) analysis for all subsidiaries in the Company.
- Conduct financial risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
- Identify and implement cost-saving measures to improve financial efficiency.
- Provide strategic financial advice to executive management to drive informed business decisions.
- Mentor and manage the accounting team, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with other departments to develop and monitor financial KPIs.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA, CMA, or equivalent certifications preferred.
- 10+ years of proven experience in financial management and leadership roles.
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks accounting software (mandatory).
- Comprehensive knowledge of Egyptian accounting standards, tax regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Fluent in English (mandatory).
- Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Ability to design and implement financial systems, policies, and procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced financial reporting tools is a plus.
- Experience in the hospitality or construction industry is highly desirable.

**Skills**:

- Expertise in financial modeling and scenario analysis.
- Familiarity with international accounting standards and best practices.
- Experience working with multinational organizations or projects.

**What We Offer**:
Pay: From E£25,000.00 per month
