Site Accountant

Tagaddod is a tech platform dedicated to empowering communities and individuals by leveraging data, technology, and logistics for sustainable waste management and energy security. We are currently looking for a Site Accountant to join our dynamic team and contribute to our mission.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage all financial aspects of site operations, including accounts payable and receivable.
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, reports, and budgets for site operations.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements.
- Monitor the site’s financial performance and communicate any discrepancies to management.
- Ensure compliance with established accounting policies and procedures.
- Work collaboratively with site management and other departments to support overall business objectives.
- Manage cash flow and ensure proper cash handling processes are in place.
- Reconcile bank statements and assist with month-end closing activities.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in accounting, preferably in the field or site operations.
- Strong understanding of accounting payable and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
