A leading company providing offshore marine and oil support services in Egypt is seeking a skilled and experienced Technical Manager to join their dynamic team. This pivotal role will require an individual with a strong technical background and an in-depth understanding of product development, quality assurance, and operational efficiency. The Technical Manager will be responsible for overseeing technical projects, leading a team of engineers and technicians, and ensuring that all products meet the highest standards of quality and compliance. In this role, you will collaborate closely with various departments, including research and development, manufacturing, and marketing, to drive innovation and enhance product offerings. Your expertise will be essential in streamlining processes, implementing best practices, and addressing any technical challenges that arise. This position offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact within the organization. We are looking for a proactive leader who can inspire and motivate their team while maintaining a focus on achieving company objectives and delivering exceptional results.

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee routine and emergency maintenance of the vessels
- Coordinate and supervise repairs, dry dockings, and servicing schedules
- Ensure procurement of spare parts and equipment’s
- Ensure vessels comply with maritime regulations
- Prepare and monitor budgets
- Control expenses and managing resources to meet financial targets
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure vessels meet safety and operational standards
- Address technical issues or incidents on board
- Provide technical guidance and support to crew members
- Ensure crew training and certifications are aligned with operational requirements
- Maintain accurate records of vessel performance, maintenance and incidents
- Report on vessel conditions and any technical challenges

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a technical management role.
- Strong knowledge of offshore operations and best practices.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage teams effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to navigate complex technical challenges.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective collaboration.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
