Junior IT Administrator

**Junior IT Administrator**:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior IT Administrator to join our growing team. In this role, you will assist in maintaining our IT systems, providing technical support to employees, and ensuring the reliability and security of our IT infrastructure. You will have the opportunity to learn and grow in a dynamic environment while being an integral part of our IT department.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
- Help maintain IT documentation, including user guides and system manuals.
- Support network management and troubleshooting activities.
- Assist with user account administration and access control.
- Participate in IT projects and initiatives as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Associate’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 1-3 years of experience in a technical support or IT administration role.
- Basic knowledge of networking, server management, and security practices.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
