Presales Advisory Engineer

Job Summary: The Presales Advisory Engineer has a pivotal role within the Solution Desk, designed to empower digital transformation initiatives through creative and scalable cloud solutions. This role involves close collaboration with digital hub leaders, account managers, and enterprise customers to understand business challenges and craft solutions that drive value and optimize performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Solution Architecture: Design and develop comprehensive cloud solutions for complex, large-scale projects across various sectors. Focus on integrating innovative technologies that support digital transformation and business growth.
- Business Engagement: Collaborate with digital hub leaders, account managers, and clients to deeply understand their business needs and challenges. Use these insights to tailor solutions that address specific pain points and opportunities.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with a multidisciplinary team of architects and specialists across different domains to ensure that the solutions proposed are feasible, scalable, and aligned with the latest technology trends.
- Value Proposition Development: Leverage expertise in public cloud environments, Managed services, sales forecasting, and strategic consulting to enhance Ejada's positioning as a trusted and reliable system integrator.
- Sales Support: Assist in the preparation and delivery of technical presentations that explain products or services to customers and prospective clients. Conduct detailed requirements analysis and prepare customized proposals that meet client specifications.
- Innovation and Continuous Learning: Stay abreast of industry trends and technological advancements to continuously improve solution offerings. Participate in educational opportunities, read professional publications, maintain personal networks, and participate in professional organizations.

- Technical Expertise: Strong background in designing and implementing cloud and IoT solutions, with a thorough understanding of public cloud platforms and services.

- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of effectively articulating complex ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 15 years of relevant professional experience, with a minimum of 8 years extensive experience in presales, preferably within managed services, consulting, Security or professional services.
- Proven track record of developing and supporting sales proposals and initiatives in a system integrator or IT services environment.
- Certifications in cloud technology platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) are highly desirable.
Additional Details:
- Responsible for HLD, Sizing, and solution technical validation along with quotation for technical aspect of the solution from existing catalogue or from partner/vendor
- Work closely with sales representatives to understand customer requirements and develop customized cloud solutions.
- Conduct technical discussions and product demonstrations to illustrate the capabilities of cloud platforms and services.
- Responsible for preparing and delivering proposals, including technical specifications, pricing, and implementation plans.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, Bid Management, SMEs, and external teams to address customer needs and deliver value-added solutions.
- Provide post-sales support by assisting with implementation, integration, and troubleshooting as needed.
- Assess customer requirements and design cloud solutions tailored to their needs.
- Conduct technical presentations and demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of cloud services.
- Collaborate with sales teams to develop proposals and cost estimates for cloud projects.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance throughout the sales cycle to address customer concerns and objections.
- Stay updated on cloud technologies, trends, and best practices to ensure the delivery of innovative solutions.
