What you'll be doing (Key responsibilities):

  • Solution Demonstration:
    Assist Senior Presales Engineers in preparing and delivering engaging, tailored product demonstrations of our ITSM platform to potential customers.
  • Technical Scoping:
    Participate in early-stage client discovery meetings to understand their current IT challenges (Incident, Problem, Change, Asset Management) and document technical requirements.
  • Proof of Concept (POC) Support:
    Help configure and maintain environments for Proof of Concepts, ensuring the platform accurately reflects the client's use cases and proves technical value.
  • RFP/RFI Contribution:
    Draft accurate and compelling technical content for responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Requests for Information (RFIs).
  • Technical Content Creation:
    Develop and maintain internal and external presales materials, including solution overviews, architectural diagrams, and competitive comparisons.
  • Knowledge Transfer:
    Stay current on the latest product features and releases within the ITSM landscape.

What you'll bring (Qualifications):

  • 1-3 years of experience
    in a technical role involving IT Service Management (e.g., IT Analyst, Administrator, Junior Consultant, or relevant internship).
  • Bachelor's degree
    in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Fundamental knowledge of ITSM frameworks
    (ITIL principles are highly desirable).
  • Hands-on exposure to at least one major ITSM platform
    (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira Service Management, BMC Helix, or similar).
  • Excellent
    written and verbal communication skills
    with the ability to simplify technical jargon for business stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a high degree of technical curiosity.
  • Proficiency in presentation tools (PowerPoint/Google Slides).
