Presales Engineer

Work closely with both Sales/Business Development Teams to achieve a well-defined sales target(s).
- Contacting potential clients/vendors/manufacturers to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
- Researching/Inspecting organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.
- Assist Sales team in penetrating and developing new customers and market segments and improving sales Values.
- Provide support to Sales/Presales to respond to different RFx.
- Preparing quotes and proposals for clients.
- Well updated with new technologies and how to integrate different solutions to achieve the customer requirements.
- Explore the Customer additional requirements (Needs) that best serve the new demands that best serve the IT staff and different Organizations’ customers/audience - considering Value Added Services/Solutions.
- Able to define the Vendor(s) that best meets the requirements explored/gathered from different customers, even if the required products are out of Giza portfolio.
- Communicate and engage directly with the vendors/suppliers, to explore and understand the level of different alliance/partnerships and which best fits Giza and its Business strategy plans (per region). And its impact/benefits to Giza customers.
- Ability to achieve tasks assigned to her/him within the assigned time frame.
- Provide the support for both Account team and Technical/Presales Team to get certified with specific vendor.
- Analyze Potential Markets Before Product Partnership/Launch
- Craft Sales Pitches for Sales Team
- Assist Sales Team in Qualifying Prospects
- Provide Product Knowledge Support to Sales Team
- Participate in Strategy Meetings With Sales/Presales/Marketing Team
- Involve in major solutions offerings strategies.
- Uses knowledge of competitive solutions to help the sales and technical resources propose the most optimal solution for the customer thereby allowing the sales and technical resources to effectively address and meet customer expectations and requirements of the proposed solution(s).
- Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events that assist her/him in fulfilling the KPI target.
- Preparing Pipeline sheet based on Sales engagement. And be ready for review on a weekly basis by Direct Manager.
- Meet Business Continuity strategy imposed by Giza in different customer offerings.

**Technical Skills**:
- 1-3 Years of Proven experience in Presales, Business Development or related scopes in the Saudi Market.
- Awareness of IT one or more of Infrastructure related fields (SDx Solutions, Data Center Hardware and Software, Virtualization, Connectivity (Wired/Wireless) Solutions, Cybersecurity awareness).
- Awareness of Kingdom of Saudi Arabia IT Market in any of (Governmental, Telecom, Contractors, and/or Commercial) Sectors.
- Strong communication skills and IT fluency.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to flourish with mínimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
- Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Comfortable using a computer for various tasks.
- Sales or Professional Certificates for Tier One Vendors/Manufacturer is highly recommended.
**Education**:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, or Computer Science.
