**Commercial Manager**

**Experience Needed: 15 to 20 years**

**Career Level: Senior Management (CEO, GM, Director, Head)**
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement commercial strategies and initiatives aligned with the organization's overall objectives and market dynamics.
- Sales and Business Development: Lead sales and business development teams to identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities, partnerships, and clients.
- Marketing Development: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats, and develop strategies to capitalize on market dynamics.
- Cross Function: Align the main objectives through Sales, Marketing, Supply chain managers.
- Revenue Growth: Drive revenue growth through effective sales strategies, pricing optimization, and cross-selling/up-selling initiatives.
- Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to maximize customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Team Leadership: Provide leadership, direction, and support to sales, marketing, and business development teams, fostering a culture of high performance, collaboration, and innovation.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor and analyze sales performance, market trends, and competitive activity, and take corrective actions as needed to achieve targets and objectives.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, industry standards, and company policies, and mitigate commercial risks effectively.
- Reporting and Communication: Prepare and present regular reports, forecasts, and analyses to senior management, providing insights and recommendations for strategic decision-making.

**Job Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field required.
- MBA Holder is a big plus.
- 15 - 20 years of experience in business development, with 3-5 years as a Commercial Manager.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Results-Oriented
- Proven ability to develop and implement commercial strategies.
- Excellent English language & Computer skills
