**Long Description**:

- Role purpose:

- As part of the Next Generation Data and Insights, Nucleus programme will roll out to all European markets in the next five years under the flag of Group BI.
- The main responsibility of the role is to ensure that data is reliable at all layers and for all markets. Mainly focusing on monitoring e2e data quality through visualisation reports and implementation of scripts for the automation of daily monitoring. Must have good communication skills to communicate clearly and consistently, including the mediation with all the stakeholders involved in the process to ensure data remediation is enabled and timely management of any issues. - Role purpose:
- Monitor and drive actions derived from Data Quality issues identified within Nucleus or source systems providing data to Nucleus.
- To ensure data is trusted of high quality and is fit for business purpose from multiple sources transforming this to a central data format for each country. Replacing existing EDW with a central solution on Google Cloud Platform.
- Work with Business Analyst, Test Engineer and Product Owner in an Agile Squad to establish accountability around the Completeness, Correctness and Timeliness of data for each local market migration.
- Build data quality framework which will define data quality requirements for each local market measuring data on a regular scheduled basis producing and monitoring data metrics.
- Analyse and mine business data to identify correlations and discover patterns from various data points. Map and trace the data from system to system for solving a given business problem.
- Create dashboards and reports to regularly communicate results and monitor key metrics.

**Long Description**:

- Desired profile and Experience- Background in data transformation projects from IT perspective, preferably Cloud environments.
- Experience supporting and working with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.
- Problem-solving aptitude and ability to deliver on tight timelines.
- Experience as Business Data Analyst, with strong data analysis skills, familiar with IT processes in an agile environment.
- Well versed in data remediation and the complete SDLC. Data Quality domain knowledge appreciated.

- Strong ability to drive and tackle the commitments within the determined deadlines.
- A collaborative working style and stakeholder management with good interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication/presentation skills.
- Comfortable with executive level comm and the ability to balance conflicting needs.
- High-level of SQL required, Python desirable.

Key accountabilities and decision ownership:
- Ensure the e2e data monitoring processes are working efficiently.
- Ensure the correct behaviour for the e2e Operational monitoring across teams.
- Provide clarity on the Data Monitoring and e2e Operational processes.
- Bridges the teams involved on the Data Remediation processes.

Core competencies, knowledge, and experience:
- Knowledge of data quality, remediation and the complete SDLC.
- Highly skilled in data analytics, including SQL and Python.
- Project and team management.
- Ideally has been part of international / shared service transformational change programmes in a large multi-cultural / multi location organisation.
- Excellent communication/presentation skills.

Must have technical / professional qualifications:
- Data Quality domain knowledge appreciated.
- High-Level Python desirable
- Proficient in Microsoft tools
- Proficient in SQL required, GCP Knowledge desirable.
