**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**CRM Strategy & Execution**
- Design and optimize onboarding and engagement journeys to boost retention and lifetime value.
**Campaign Management**
- Lead end-to-end planning, execution, and analysis of CRM campaigns.
- Leverage data-driven insights to continuously improve campaign performance.
**Personalization & Segmentation**
- Drive advanced personalization strategies to deliver relevant content and offers.
- Develop sophisticated segmentation frameworks based on user behavior, preferences, and lifecycle stage.
**Cross-Functional Collaboration**
- Partner with the product team to align CRM initiatives with product features and user experience enhancements.
- Collaborate with analytics, design, and content teams to ensure campaigns are consistent, impactful, and brand-aligned.
**Innovation & Best Practices**
- Stay ahead of CRM technology trends, tools, and industry best practices.
- Recommend and implement innovations to enhance CRM effectiveness.
**Performance Measurement**
- Define KPIs to evaluate CRM initiatives.
- Produce regular performance reports with actionable recommendations.
**Qualifications & Requirements**:
- Minimum 3 years of CRM management experience across multiple channels.
- Proven experience in creating customer onboarding and engagement journeys.
- Deep understanding of personalization techniques and data-driven CRM strategies.
- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms and marketing automation tools.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and BigQuery.
- Exceptional analytical skills to interpret data and translate into actionable insights.
- Strong project management capabilities with experience handling multiple concurrent campaigns.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Prior experience in the travel industry is highly preferred.
