Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated
Junior Engineer
to join our team and grow into a specialist in
Printing and Document Management Solutions
such as
uniFLOW, MyQ, PaperCut, and Therefore
.

The ideal candidate should have a solid IT foundation, strong troubleshooting skills, and a genuine interest in learning enterprise printing and archiving technologies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the
    implementation, configuration, and testing
    of print management and archiving solutions (uniFLOW, Therefore, MyQ, etc.).
  • Provide
    technical support
    to customers for printing workflows, scanning, and document management systems.
  • Work closely with senior engineers to
    deploy and maintain
    software and hardware components.
  • Troubleshoot network and connectivity issues related to printers, servers, and clients.
  • Prepare system documentation and implementation reports.
  • Participate in customer training and handover sessions.
  • Continuously learn and stay up to date with product updates and new technologies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in
    Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
    .
  • Basic knowledge of
    Windows Server, Networking (TCP/IP, DNS, SMTP, etc.)
    , and
    Active Directory
    .
  • Understanding of printers, multifunction devices, or print servers is a plus.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Eagerness to learn and work in a dynamic environment.
  • English proficiency (spoken and written).
