**What you'll be doing**

- Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from POS systems, CRM, and sales performance tools across multiple travel retail locations.

- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales by region, product, and channel.

- Provide insights into passenger trends, conversion rates, and customer purchasing behavior.

- Support sales forecasting, demand planning, and budgeting through data-driven analysis.

- Identify market trends, opportunities, and potential risks through continuous data monitoring.

- Work closely with the Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain teams to translate data findings into actionable commercial strategies.

- Automate and streamline data reporting processes using BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).

- Support pricing and promotion analysis to measure ROI and effectiveness of campaigns.

- Ensure accuracy, completeness, and security of all business data.

- Present insights and recommendations to senior management in a clear and impactful way.

**What you’ll need to succeed**

- Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Business, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.

- 3-5 years of experience in a data analysis or business intelligence role, ideally within travel retail, duty-free, or FMCG sectors.

- Strong proficiency in Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent).

- Experience working with POS, ERP, and CRM systems in a multi-location retail environment.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and numerical skills.

- Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey data insights to non-technical stakeholders.

- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects under tight timelines.
