You will join a team of 10 reporting directly into the Global Key Accounts Excellence Team who are all passionate about helping our customers create sustainable solutions. They are all experts in the field, so you will be able to find all the help you need and grow your skills and perspectives as you develop in the role.

In essence, we are looking for a strong commercial profile to function as a sales controller with excellent stakeholder management skills and as a person you are dynamic with a good understanding of cultures and able to navigate in a global matrix organization.

The role is located in Europe in a hybrid set-up with some travel to be expected circa 3-4 times per year.

**Responsibilities**:

- Sales controlling for the Global Key Accounts collaborating with regional Sales controllers.
- Financial reporting to Global Strategic Customer Management Team.
- Perspective and rolling forecast process for Global Strategic customers.
- Participate in Strategic Accounts Leadership Team meetings, as required.
- Participate and run internal improvement projects.
- Analyze new product development reporting and implement corrective measures, including planning of Impact Target.
- Create, collect and facilitate Global Key Account content for business review meetings and board meetings in cooperation with Global Sales Excellence.

**Background & Skills**:

- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, sales, marketing or similar field.
- 7+ years’ experience within sales, business development or finance.
- International business experience.
- Variable Frequency (Drives), Manufacturing or Engineering Industry experience.
- SAP, Power BI, Excel or Reporting and BI system experience/knowledge.
