**About the Role**

M2P Fintech is looking for a strategic product leader with a passion for building world-class SaaS solutions to join our growing team in the Middle East and Africa region.

We’re seeking a curious, driven individual who thrives in an individual contributor leadership role—someone eager to design, build, and launch cutting-edge financial products for the MEA (Middle East and Africa) markets.

You’ll take end-to-end ownership of the product vision, strategy, and execution, while closely collaborating with engineering, design, and business teams across the region.

**What Will You Do in This Role**
- ** Define and execute product strategy** and roadmap for the region based on user insights and market trends in local markets.
- **Translate market and competitive intelligence to**new business opportunities. With your deep understanding of the market trends and landscape, shape the market opportunities into product opportunities.
- **Drive end-to-end product lifecycle**, from ideation to launch and continuous iteration. Ensure that our solutions not only meet the client requirements, but we are also always compliant with regulatory requirements.
- ** Translate complex business needs** into clear, actionable product requirements. Develop detailed product requirements, user stories, and specifications for new product features and enhancements.
- ** Work closely with engineering**teams in the region to develop scalable, cutting-edge solutions.
- ** Collaborate cross-functionally**, influencing without authority in a fast-paced environment. Work with tech and delivery teams to ensure we deliver fit-for-market solutions to reduce our delivery timelines.

**WhatYou’ll Need to be Successful in This Role**
- 6-8 years of product development or product management experience in a B2B SaaS company, preferably in financial services in Africa or the Middle East region.
- Proven track record of shipping successful products with measurable impact.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills, execution rigor, and strategic thinking.
- Strong technical acumen and ability to work closely with engineering teams.
- Thrive in an ambiguous environment and lead the cross-functional teams.
- Clear, influential communication with stakeholders at all levels.
- A customer-obsessed mindset, continuously improving user experience and engagement.
- Knowledge of Arabic is mandatory.
