Role Objectives

As a Product Manager, you will drive a shared product vision and strategy, rooted in customer needs. Oversee product roadmaps and guide end-to-end development, launching and iterating on new features swiftly. Leveraging data and insights, continuously improve products, communicating clearly with stakeholders at all levels. You exemplify best-in-class product management practices, ensuring excellence in every aspect of product development.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Establish a shared product vision and strategy for your product area, rooted in a deep understanding of the product domain and unmet customer needs
  • Own product roadmaps and guide end-to-end product development
  • Launch new products and features, test their performance, and iterate quickly
  • Leverage usability studies, data, industry innovation, and metrics to generate insights and improve your product
  • Communicate roadmaps, priorities, experiments, and decisions clearly across a broad spectrum of audiences, from internal customers to executives
  • Exemplify best-in-class product development and management practices in everything you touch

REQUIRED EDUCATION, KNOWLEDGE, AND SKILLS

  • 2+ years of proven experience in product management, driving products from concept to launch.
  • Experience formulating and driving a principled product vision
  • Solid experience collaborating with cross-functional partners from engineering, design, and marketing.
  • Ability to generate crucial product insights through quantitative and qualitative analysis
  • Outstanding communication skills: verbal and written, with engineers, non-technical partners, and executives
  • Thrive in ambiguity, crafting simplicity and order.
