Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Product Manager role based in Cairo, Egypt. The Product Manager will oversee the entire lifecycle of pharmaceutical products, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure successful product launches. Key responsibilities include conducting market analysis, defining product strategies, collaborating with stakeholders, and monitoring performance metrics. They will also work closely with sales and marketing departments to identify market opportunities and ensure product alignment with customer needs.

Qualifications

  • Product management skills, including strategy development, roadmap planning, and lifecycle management
  • Minimum 2 years experience in product management position
  • Market research and analytical skills to assess trends, competition, and product performance
  • Strong communication, collaboration.
  • Experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare industries is a must
  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, or a related field
  • Proficiency in project management tools and knowledge of product development processes
  • Fluency in English and knowledge of Arabic is an advantage
  • Ability to work on-site in Cairo and manage cross-functional teams
