Atr 600 Field Service Rep

GAL AeroStaff, which provides specialized staffing and recruiting services in the Business & Commercial aircraft industry, is presently seeking **ATR 600** Field Services Representatives to be based inCairo, Egyptfor a 3 months contract.

**Job Description**:
The holder of this position must support the customer in all the facets of the company. It must answer to all the questions technical, operational, commercial and financial, etc. The representative must also assist the customer in all the operational steps to ensure the navigability of the planes. Also, it must teach to the operator the various processes of communication with the various departments from ATR. That implies that the representative will have to travel to the company main maintenance center wherever the company is established no matter what country.

**Responsibilities**:

- Inform and assist the customer maintenance employees on the use of technical documentation.
- Inform and assist the customer purchasing employees on the process and documentation concerning the guarantees, purchases and communication with the manufacturer.
- Inform and assist the maintenance employees on the use of appropriate maintenance procedure.
- Inform and assist the employees of the engineering department on the proper use of the maintenance planning documentation.
- Inform and assist the employees of the quality control department on the standards and quality of a proper operation.
- Inform and assist the maintenance personnel on the resolution of technical problems.
- Inform and assist all the employees of all the departments on the methods of communication with their relevant ATR department.
- Carry out a weekly report explaining any problem or difficulty which the operator could have encountered.
- Carry out and transmit to the data-processing center of ATR, the compilation of the data concerning the percentage of occupation of the planes, numbers of accomplished flights, reasons for delays, reasons of cancellations of the flights and their number.
- Attend to all the meetings which the operator will consider necessary.
- Suggest modifications on the planes which are relevant to the conditions of operation of the
- Help ATR in the setup of work party repair team in case the clients require ATR help for major repair.
- Supervise the purchases, contractual agreements, admissible accounts as well as the commercial agreements that the operator has with the manufacturer
- Own an Aircraft Maintenance Engineer License Own an endorsement on (ATR 42-600 or 72-600)
- Have worked for an operator or a maintenance center for at least 5 years.
- Have experience on the ATR for a total of at least 5 years. To have a thorough knowledge of the various ATR departments.
- Have knowledge of all the documentation and procedural standards necessary to the operation of an aircraft.
- Have the knowledge of Mandarin and French or English.
- Have a general knowledge of the last innovations of the aeronautical field.

- The representative must have a great capacity of adaptation; that it is with the various cultures, various situations or various personalities and ways of working.
- Must have a good written and verbal communication.
- Must be ready to work on irregular schedules and to be available 24h on 24h.
- Must have a great autonomy since it is the only resource on the spot of its work.
- Must to have a high degree of personal and professional integrity in order to show the adequate behaviors towards the customers.
- Be ready to travel and settle down in any country in the world several times per year.
