**Mission**

Supervision of AP, OTC, T&E and I/C team. Ensures that all queries are solved, and incoming documents processed in a timely and correct manner.
**Role**:

- Manage day to day operations of the Operations team
- Sorting, verifying, and processing of incoming documents
- Resolving discrepancies in a timely manner to avoid late payments
- Communicating with vendors and internal stakeholders
- Reporting and month end activities
- Ensure timely and efficient replies to queries.
- Supervise AP Specialists (training, coaching, evaluation, individual development)
- Select and recruit new team members (in cooperation with HR and manager)
- Follow the Atlas Copco standard finance processes
- Function as 1st level escalation contact for AP related issues
- Secure timely escalation of issues to Management
- Supervise, that all tasks and process specifics are documented
- Establish and actively maintain close working relationship with all stakeholders (BIC, AtR, Customer Centre, P&I..)
- To continuously revise standard processes and introduce changes to improve quality and efficiency of AP function.
- Participate on future AP scope transitions
- Support the overall idea of the Service Center/Hub
- Follows instructions given by superior

**Requirements**:

- University degree - Accounting
- Previous working experience in a financial shared service environment within a cash accounting group.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation in English
- Microsoft Office knowledge (advanced usage of Excel), SAP / BPCs knowledge is a plus
- Good managerial, operational, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage difficult situations.
- Service minded and customer-oriented problem solver.
- Understanding of financial flows.
- High analytical skills.
