**About the Job**

We are a growth startup, based in Düsseldorf and Hamburg, Germany, and are looking for a talented and competitive Inside Sales Rep, fluent in German, that thrives in a quick B2B sales cycle environment.

Flying Pharmacist is a digital startup that provides short and long-term replacement pharmacists as contractors for pharmacies all around Germany. In simple terms, we match pharmacists with pharmacies that need coverage.

As an Inside Sales Rep you will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, working with channel partners, generating interest, qualifying prospects and closing sales.

**Inside Sales Lead, Responsibilities**
- Qualify prospects and determine their needs.
- Present Flying Pharmacist's products and services to prospects.
- Close deals and achieve monthly targets.
- Research new, existing, and old accounts, identify key players and generate interest.
- Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Track and report on sales performance.

**Requirements**:
**Minimum Qualifications**
- BA/BS degree or equivalent.
- Proven 3+ years of sales experience, with at least 1 year of inside sales experience.
- Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day.
- Track record of over-achieving quota.
- Excellent German communications skills (verbal and written).
- Strong listening and presentation skills.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
