**KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES**
- Manage and support employees needs from admin. Stores without delay.
- Review the requested quantities from employees and make sure that they are within the normal consumption.
- Coordinate with admin stores/ procurement to make sure that the items are available.
- Monitor and follow-up the stock of items with special attention to the office furniture, kitchen equipment/ tools &supplies, photo paper, stationary, and toner cartridges and make sure that the items are always available at administration stores.
- Manage Maximo related functions such as: arrange PRs, receiving POs, service request, material requests, and related issues.
- Follow up renewal of maintenance contracts and remove machines no longer in use.
- Arrange for payments of the photo copying maintenance contracts
- Ensure that the photocopiers and faxes at the port locations are working efficiently by arranging their maintenance with maintenance companies
- Arrange the alternative of the defected machines until arranging the needed maintenance
- Follow up periodic maintenance of the company photocopiers and coordinate with the maintenance contractor for this to make sure that we provide a satisfactory photocopying center.
- Make sure that the contractor provides our customers with a satisfactory photocopying service and is complying with the terms of related contracts
