Senior Business Development Representative

Key Responsibilities:
- Strategically engage with target accounts, researching and understanding their industries, challenges, decision-makers, and use cases.
- Identify high-value opportunities by asking insightful questions, uncovering pain points, and aligning Pipeline Gurus’ solutions to client needs.
- Drive meaningful conversations that position Pipeline Gurus as a trusted partner and thought leader.
- Collaborate with Account Executives and leadership to align on strategic goals, refine messaging, and support deal progression.
- Mentor and coach junior BDRs, sharing best practices and providing guidance to improve team performance.
- Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified opportunities, ensuring a smooth handoff to Account Executives.
- Track progress in the CRM (HubSpot), ensuring data accuracy and visibility for the wider team.
- Navigate complex sales cycles, identifying and engaging multiple stakeholders within target accounts.
- Lead efforts to re-engage cold or stalled opportunities, ensuring consistent momentum toward deal closure.
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitive landscapes, and client challenges to enhance outreach strategies.
- Experiment with and refine outreach techniques, consistently raising the bar for sales development excellence.
**Requirements**:
What You Bring:
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role, with a track record of success in B2B sales or complex deal environments.
- Strategic Mindset: Ability to think beyond the transactional, focusing on building long-term relationships and uncovering big-picture opportunities.
- Exceptional Communication Skills: Proven ability to engage senior stakeholders in meaningful conversations and present value propositions with confidence.
- Sales Tools Expertise: Proficiency in CRM platforms (preferably HubSpot), sales engagement tools, and data-driven prospecting strategies.
- Leadership Qualities: A proactive team player who can also coach and inspire others, driving team success while delivering individual results.
- Resilience and Adaptability: Comfort with navigating ambiguity and taking ownership of challenges in a fast-paced environment.
- Curiosity and Drive: A natural problem solver with an insatiable curiosity to learn about prospects, industries, and innovative solutions.
