**Job Title: Senior Business Developer**

**Role Overview**: As a Business Developer you will play a pivotal role in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and contributing to the overall growth of our agency. This role requires a strategic thinker with a keen understanding of the marketing and advertising landscape and a proven track record in business development.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Identify Opportunities**: Research and identify potential clients and business opportunities within the marketing and advertising industry.
- **Build Relationships**: Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients, partners, and industry influencers.
- **Pitch and Present**: Create and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to showcase our agency’s services and value proposition.
- **Strategize and Plan**: Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute strategic plans for client acquisition and retention.
- **Market Analysis**: Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and market needs to inform business development strategies.
- **Manage Pipeline**: Track and manage business development activities and pipeline to ensure targets and goals are met.
- **Feedback Loop**: Provide insights and feedback to improve our services and client offerings based on market and client interactions.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role within the marketing and advertising sector.
- Strong understanding of marketing and advertising trends, strategies, and best practices.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects and priorities in a remote environment.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
- Ready to start immediately.
