The **Senior Business Development Executive** plays a key role in driving business growth by tracking sales performance, optimizing conversion rates, and providing data-driven insights. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop strategic proposals, streamline the onboarding process, and strengthen partnerships.

**Responsibilities**:

- Monitor and analyze key sales metrics, customer data, and market trends to optimize business performance.
- Develop and execute business development plans aligned with company objectives.
- Structure, negotiate, and manage contracts while ensuring mutual benefit and long-term partnerships.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and enhance customer onboarding.
- Work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Minimum **2 years of experience** (preferably in the **logistics industry**).
- Strong analytical skills to interpret sales data and market trends.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management abilities.
- Proactive, strategic mindset with the ability to drive business growth.
