**Job Overview**:
The Senior Business Developer is responsible for driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, managing client relationships, and leading strategic initiatives. This role requires a strong understanding of the market, exceptional negotiation skills, and the ability to develop and execute strategies that align with the company's longterm objectives.
**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Strategic Planning & Execution:
a. Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies that align with company goals.
b. Identify new market opportunities and assess potential partnerships and alliances.
c. Collaborate with senior management to set and achieve business development goals.
2. Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:
a. Identify, approach, and secure new clients and business opportunities.
b. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, stakeholders, and industry partners.
c. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of business with clients.
3. Market Research & Analysis:
a. Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and potential areas for growth.
b. Analyze data and generate insights to inform business strategies and decision-making.
4. Sales & Revenue Growth:
a. Drive sales growth by identifying and targeting key markets, developing new business channels, and managing the sales pipeline.
b. Work closely with the sales team to ensure alignment with business development strategies.
c. Monitor and report on sales performance, revenue growth, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
5. Leadership & Team Development:
a. Lead, mentor, and develop a team of business development professionals.
b. Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the team.
c. Provide regular coaching and feedback to ensure high performance and professional growth.
6. Project Management:
a. Oversee the planning and execution of business development projects and initiatives.
b. Ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet the desired outcomes.
c. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless project execution.
7. Networking & Industry Engagement:
a. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
b. Build and maintain a strong network of industry contacts and influencers.
c. Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive activities.
**Qualifications**:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field, with a proven track record of success in a senior role.
- Marketing or Advertising Agency background is a bonus.
**Skills**:
