You will be working as a Sales Specialist and will be the part of Process Automation Business Area for Turbocharging Division based in, Cairo, Egypt. In this role you will be reporting to Service Sales Manager and will be responsible to achieves targets set by Head of End User Sales, based on LD strategy. Delivers appropriate market coverage for new business end user influencing and service sales in his assigned territory / segment / customer group. Provides alignment with existing OEM and End User Agreements. Accountable for owner decisions in favor of ABB in new business and service revenue and margin in his assigned customer group. Builds professional long-term relationships with his assigned customer base. Identify market development opportunities and customer needs and based on those to develop and manage a coherent service offering Portfolio to drive growth and ensure long-term profitability.

**Responsibilities**:

- Execute sales strategies, sales plans and sales support activities plans in his/her assigned territory / segment / customer group. Deliver on sales targets, margin and incentive targets, customer visit plan, customer communication and events plan) and attend trainings assigned.
- Communicate and coordinate with Operations, Business Development, Market Communication and Technical Advisor as required. Drive sales of services and service products as well as end user decisions to specify ABB t/cs for their newbuilding projects to capture full market potential.
- Build long term relationships with assigned customers at all levels, explore new business opportunities & generate new installed base, or market share by influencing through key decision processes. Ensure adherence to Business Division rules and guidelines such as Circular Letters and Compliance.
- Define and implement strategy for the service offering portfolio. Develop new service offerings, sales tools, and sales support material. Ensure implementation of Operational, Health and Safety (OHS) according to ABB guidelines and update customer database (ATURB).
- Register visits reports on ATURB and follow up on the outcome and agreed actions with fixed timelines and responsibilities.
- Manage the sales support and administrative procedures within the sales process. Follow sales/operation process and update SharePoint from offer to cash, such as RFQ, POs, Invoices, payment, and LGs/LCs.
- Create Letter of Guarantees/Letter of Credit requests and follow up for the payment to ensure healthy OCF. Support market intelligence and business development projects as required to drive the growth of the business.
- Share information gained from customer visits as part of market intelligence input. Support Business Development as required to achieve overall (LD /Service Station) goals. Share competition and market intelligence knowledge.

Your background
- Should have qualification in Engineering or business administration.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar field.
- Good to have skills in Microsoft office tools.
- Skills in communication, negotiation, and persuasion. Managing criticism and conflict.
- Sense of responsibility, reliability, teamwork, collaboration, and presentation techniques.
- Research, Business intelligence and strategy skills.
- Fluency in both spoken and written English & Arabic language is a must.( French language is a plus )
