**About the job**:
We are seeking a proactive, independent, and creative International Business Development Specialist to join our International Sales & Marketing team. As an integral part of our team, you will be responsible for driving business development in Europe and GCC regions.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Support sales throughout the entire sales process from leads to contacts
- Develop and use our sales and marketing system
- Conduct market-directed campaigns in collaboration with Marketing
- Integrate AI in our tools in cooperation with strong technical colleges
- Handle contracts and on-board new customers
- Participate in trade shows
- Manage the CrossWorkers Ambassador program
- Plan and organize customers’ and potential customers’ visits to Cairo

**Desired Skills and Experience**:

- Bachelor's Degree in Business/Marketing
- 2+ years of marketing/sales experience with markets outside Egypt preferably Europe
- Fundamental understanding of IT services/software development
- Skilled in online marketing practices and trends

- Capable of effectively prioritizing tasks and thriving in a dynamic work environment.
- Able to communicate clearly and effectively with diverse stakeholders, both internally and externally.
- Possess exceptional organizational skills, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality results within tight deadlines
- Fluent in both English and Arabic, with proficiency in German being a valuable asset.
