**Duties and Responsibilities of a NetSuite Technical Consultant**:

- **System Customization**: Develop and implement NetSuite customizations, scripts, and workflows that address client-specific requirements, ensuring seamless integration and functionality.
- **Technical Support**: Provide advanced technical support to end-users and troubleshoot system errors to maintain optimal system performance and user satisfaction.
- **Solution Design**: Collaborate with stakeholders to design NetSuite solutions that meet business needs, focusing on scalability, performance, and usability.
- **Data Migration**: Manage data migration processes, ensuring accuracy and integrity when transitioning client data to NetSuite systems.
- **Training and Documentation**: Develop and deliver user training sessions and create comprehensive documentation to maximize end-user adoption and understanding.

**Essential Skills for Success**:

- **Technical Proficiency**: Strong expertise in NetSuite technical aspects, including SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, SuiteBuilder, and SuiteCloud.
- **Problem Solving**: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to develop efficient solutions for complex issues.
- **Communication Skills**: Effective verbal and written communication skills for clear interaction with clients and team members.
- **Project Management**: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver on time while maintaining high-quality standards.

**Preferred Qualifications for Optimized Performance**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Previous experience with ERP systems, preferably in a consulting role.
- NetSuite certification is a plus.
- Proven track record of successful NetSuite implementations.
