Job description

We are currently searching for a Design Project Manager /Operations to join our Operation Division branch based in Cairo.

Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Will lead the design operations of multiple projects while overseeing interaction and interface between multiple design departments.

2. As the main point of contact with managements, the responsibilities revolved around chairing meetings with all engineers and ensuring proper communication between all parties involved, identifying effective procurement strategy for the project, programmer and design management, keeping the NOC tracker up to date, creative solutions to achieve project targets in terms of delivery dates and quality.

3. Managed a significant number of super high-rise towers, residential and commercial buildings, and hospitality.

4. Coordinate internal resources for the flawless execution of projects.

5. Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within time.

6.Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant parties and ensuring technical feasibility.

7.Ensure resource availability and allocation.

8.Develop a detailed project plan to track progress.

9.Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs

10.Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques

11.Report and escalate to management as needed.

12.Perform risk management to minimize project risks.

13.Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation

**Requirements**:
1.Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (BEng)

2. 20 - 25 years’ experience of working within an engineering consultancy in Egypt and UAE (preferably in Dubai)

3.Proven working experience as a project manager in architectural and engineering consultancy

4.Should have technical background and experience in dealing with Dubai authorities and Master developers (DM, DEWA, Civil Defense, Trakhees, EHS, DDA, etc.).

5.Excellent written and verbal communication skills English and Arabic.

6.Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills

7.Strong working knowledge of Working with computer-aided design software Revit,3D Max and Microsoft Office ( word, excel, project )

8.Project Management certification is a plus.

Pay: E£100.00 - E£200.00 per month
