**Job Title**: Sales Account Manager

**Work Location**:6th of October, Giza (full-time from the office)

**Working hours**: 8 hours per day / 5 days per week

**Position Overview**:

- As a Sales Account Manager at COREations, you will be responsible for managing and growing our client accounts. Your role will involve developing strong relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring client satisfaction. You will work closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Account Management**: Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and they are satisfied with our products and services.
- **Sales Growth**: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts and through new client acquisitions.
- **Client Engagement**: Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their queries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner.
- **Strategic Planning**: Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and drive growth.
- **Prospecting**: Conduct research to identify potential new clients and build a pipeline of sales prospects.
- **Reporting**: Prepare and present regular reports on account status, sales progress, and market trends to sales management.
- **Negotiation**:Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to secure profitable deals.

**Requirement**:

- Proven work experience of at least 1 year as a Sales Account Manager.
- A full awareness of the following disciplines: is a plus (Cloud Services, Marketing automation solutions, Digital marketing solutions, Media Buying, and Marketing strategies in the digital era).
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Computer science, or a related field.
