You will support senior leaders, people and processes, coordinate schedules, manage vital communications, often serve as the first point of contact. You will coordinate essential administrative services for our production site and act as the go-to for all organizational support. **Your key responsibilities**
- Manage the manager’s digital agenda, appointments and meeting logistics.
- Oversee administrative services like transport, catering, and all people related initiatives support.
- Coordinate office facilities, corporate events, and visitor arrangements.
- Provide full admin support including reports, presentations, and travel planning.
- Manage contracts, SHE-compliant office layout, and employee onboarding.
- Supporting Human Resources where needed.

**You bring**
- University Degree At least 2 years’ experience as an assistant/admin coordinator in the business context
- Excellent skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication, both written and verbal in native language Arabic Fluent in English, both written and verbal language
- Have a “can do” attitude.
