Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site executive assistant role based in Badr City. The executive assistant will provide comprehensive administrative support to senior management, including managing schedules, organizing meetings, preparing reports, and handling correspondence. Responsibilities also include coordinating travel arrangements, maintaining records, assisting with presentations, and conducting research. The individual will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities and communications within the organization.

Qualifications

  • Strong administrative and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
  • Proficiency in written and verbal communication, including drafting correspondence, creating reports, and preparing presentations.
  • Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Technological proficiency, with experience in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant tools.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team and across departments.
  • Proven ability to manage complex calendars and coordinate travel arrangements efficiently.
  • A bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field is preferred.
  • Prior experience in an executive assistant or administrative support role is advantageous.
