Requirements:

  • Provide general administrative and clerical support to ensure efficient office operations.

  • Support procurement and office supply management, ensuring stock levels are maintained.

  • Manage office inventory including devices, equipment, and supplies; maintain updated stock records.

  • Coordinate seating plans, workspace arrangements, and office setup for new and existing employees.

  • Support internal engagement activities such as programs, staff gatherings, and company events.

  • Collaborate with Finance, HR, and IT departments to align administrative operations with company policies.

  • Handle any ad-hoc administrative tasks assigned by management.

  • Oversee software and device licenses, ensuring timely renewals and proper documentation.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Management, or a related field.

  • 1–3 years of experience in administrative support, office coordination, or a similar role.

  • Proven experience in office coordination — ensuring smooth daily operations and effective communication across departments.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a proactive and collaborative attitude.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)

  • Good English Level.

Work Location: Smart Village, October (Hybrid)
