Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Secretary role located in 6th of October. The Secretary will manage clerical and administrative tasks, provide executive assistance, handle company secretarial work, and ensure effective communication both internally and externally. Responsibilities will also include providing outstanding customer service and maintaining organized records to support daily operations.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Clerical Skills and organizational abilities
• Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal
• Experience in Company Secretarial Work and maintaining compliance
• Executive Administrative Assistance and scheduling expertise
• Customer Service excellence and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented and ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
• Proficiency in relevant office software and tools
• Bachelor's degree or diploma in a related field is a plus
