**Role Summary**:
We are looking for a driven and energetic **Outbound Sales Specialist** to join our company and lead our expansion into the **GCC market**. You will be responsible for generating new business opportunities through targeted outbound efforts, nurturing leads, and closing deals across the GCC region.

You must have a strong understanding of the SaaS sales cycle, excellent communication skills, and a deep appreciation of business culture in the Gulf region.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Lead Generation**: Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified prospects through personalized and strategic outreach.
- **Sales Presentations**: Deliver compelling product demos and presentations tailored to the needs and pain points of prospects.
- **Consultative Selling**: Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate SaaS solutions to meet those needs.
- **Market Intelligence**: Gather insights on competitors, industry trends, and client needs within the GCC region.
- **CRM Management**: Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales activities in the CRM system (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with marketing, customer success, and product teams to ensure a seamless customer journey.
- **Quota Achievement**: Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

**Requirements**:

- 2-5 years of outbound sales experience, ideally in SaaS or technology solutions.
- Strong understanding of the sales cycle, prospecting, and qualification processes.
- Familiarity with the business culture and decision-making processes in the GCC market (Saudi Arabia, UAE, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman).
- Experience with CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly self-motivated, proactive, and able to thrive in a remote work environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
- Fluent in English; Arabic language skills are a significant advantage.
