We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Remote SaaS Sales Director to build, lead, and mentor our team of Remote Outbound Sales Representatives. This is a player-coach role with a dual focus: executing a top-tier outbound sales strategy and developing a high-performing sales team.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with a proven track record of selling complex SaaS solutions into the US market. You will be an expert in leveraging modern sales tech stacks (CRM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email outreach) to identify, engage, and convert key decision-makers. Your primary objective is to hit and exceed sales targets by empowering your team and strategically collaborating with internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
· Develop and execute a comprehensive outbound sales strategy to penetrate the US market and achieve aggressive revenue targets.
· Own the sales pipeline for the outbound team, ensuring accurate forecasting and consistent quarter-over-quarter growth.
· Analyze market trends and competitor activity to refine our sales approach and value proposition.
· Train, and manage a team of remote Outbound Sales Representatives.
· Train Business Development (BD) and Sales Development (SDR) team members on best practices for prospecting, outreach, qualification, and CRM hygiene.
· Conduct daily and weekly check-ins to provide guidance, monitor activity, and review pipeline progress.
· Implement performance metrics (KPIs) and motivate the team to exceed goals through coaching and mentorship.
· Master and enforce a multi-channel outbound prospecting methodology utilizing:
· Email Outreach: Crafting and A/B testing compelling email sequences.
· LinkedIn Sales Navigator: Leading by example in social selling and targeted outreach.
· CRM Management: Ensuring impeccable data integrity and process adherence.
· Work directly with a Lead Generation Specialist to optimize lead flow, qualify target account lists, and ensure high-quality data.
· Personally engage in strategic deals to help the team navigate complex sales cycles and close high-value accounts.
· Collaborate closely with Product and Project Managers to deeply understand the product roadmap, customer use cases, and implementation process.
· Decrease the sales cycle by fit resources allocation.
· Work with marketing to align on lead generation campaigns and ensure a seamless handoff of inbound leads.
Required Qualifications & Experience
· 15+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, with at least 6+ years in a sales leadership role (Team Lead, Manager, or Director) managing a remote team.
· Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and leading a team to achieve and surpass targets in the US market.
· Demonstrable expertise in building and executing outbound sales campaigns using CRM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and email automation tools (e.g., Outreach)
· Experience in hiring, training, and mentoring BD/SDRs and Account Executives.
· Strong ability to identify and engage with C-level and VP-level decision-makers in mid-to-large-sized US companies.
· Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire a remote team.
· Self-starter with a high degree of motivation and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
Salary:
base 45k EGP + commission 1% + bonus on reaching each target 7500 USD
for high acheivers reaching multiple targets, give you the mentioned bonus for each target reached.
