Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Telesales Executive. The Telesales Executive will be responsible for engaging with potential clients, generating leads, providing excellent customer service, and supporting sales efforts. Daily tasks include managing outbound calls, understanding customer needs, presenting relevant products or services, addressing queries, and achieving sales goals while maintaining a high customer satisfaction rate.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build relationships and address customer inquiries with professionalism.
- Experience in Lead Generation and Sales to identify opportunities and meet targets effectively.
- Previous experience in conducting cold calls.
- Ability to work independently in a remote work setting, with strong time management and organizational skills.
- Relevant experience in SaaS telesales ie required.
- Must be graduated with a Previous relevant experience.
- America Accent is essential.
- Ability to deal with CRM - Sales Navigator.
