Your Role as a Sales Manager

Take ownership of sales strategies, team leadership, revenue growth, and expand our client base and position Glamera as the leading SaaS solution for the beauty and wellness industry.

Responsibilities

Manage All Teams & Follow Up with other department

  • Oversee and coordinate all sales teams, ensuring alignment with company objectives.

  • Work closely with the marketing team to optimize lead generation, brand positioning, and campaign effectiveness.

  • Follow-up with development, customer success, and customer support teams to enhance the services of clients.

Planning & Projection

  • Develop comprehensive sales plans, forecast revenue trends, and set achievable sales targets.

  • Analyze industry data and market trends to refine strategies for business growth.

  • Develop strategic sales initiatives based on data insights.

  • Create structured action plans with clear objectives, KPIs, and timelines.

  • Ensure execution and follow-up to drive successful outcomes in sales and business expansion.

Hiring & Training

  • Recruit, onboard, and train a high-performing sales team.

  • Implement training programs to enhance team skills and ensure they are well-equipped to achieve sales goals.

Report

  • Generate detailed reports on sales performance, team efficiency, OKR, and market trends for informed decision-making.- Provide weekly and monthly report to COO. Sales Library

  • Establish and maintain a centralized repository of sales materials, presentations, and training resources.

  • Support the sales team in improving their pitches and closing deals efficiently.

Create New Line

  • Explore and develop new sales channels, markets, or services to expand Glamera's offerings.

  • Identify growth opportunities and innovate sales approaches to enhance business reach.

What We're Looking For

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in SaaS & B2B sales management is a Must.

  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and business development skills.

  • Ability to analyze data, build strategies, and execute action plans.

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.

  • Passion for growth and results-driven mindset.

Tools & Technical Skills:

  • CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).

  • SaaS sales methodologies and best practices.

  • Microsoft Excel & Google Sheets for sales projections and reporting.
