**Planning Engineer**:
**Mobility is the goal***:

- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 and MS Project.
- Define project milestones, deliverables, and resource allocation plans
- Monitor project timelines and ensure alignment with baseline schedules
- Coordinate with site teams and departments to gather accurate progress data.
- Coordinate regular updates from site teams to ensure accurate reporting
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly updates of the project to stakeholders
- Analyse deviations and propose recovery actions where necessary
- Maintain proactive and professional communication with the client on key matters
- Submit time-sensitive reports such as progress trackers & material reports.
- Ensure all required submissions are delivered on time and in proper format
- Organize and maintain all project documents, schedules, and correspondence for easy access and reference
- Archive records in a systematic way to support audit trails and project history.
- Develop and update trackers for snagging and de-snagging activities.
- Follow up with site and QA/QC teams to close items in a timely manner.
- Ensure snag resolution aligns with project completion plans.
- Create variance reports (Schedule Variance and Cost Variance) at various stages of the project to analyse deviations
- Support the team with all required documents to facilitate the project execution.
- Assist in the preparation and documentation of EOT claims, including analysis of delays and justifications.
- Coordinate with contracts & commercial teams for timely submission to the client.
- Support the review and processing of subcontractor BOQs and invoices.
- Track subcontractor deliverables and payment status in line with project progress.
- Ensure smooth communication flow between the project team, client, and stakeholders.
- Coordinate with the project managers and different departments to ensure good execution of the plan
- Create Project Closing Reports with continuous improvement

**Mobility needs you***:

- Smart, motivated and eager to learn
- Excellent work ethic and discipline
- Bsc. Degree in Engineering
- Work experience at least 2 years
- MS Office, PM, Primavera P6 & Power Bi are MUST
- Elevators or Construction Industry preferred
