Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Structural Engineer, located in New Cairo. The Senior Structural Engineer will be responsible for conducting structural analysis, designing and reviewing structures for urban planning projects, performing calculations, and ensuring compliance with applicable codes and safety standards. The role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams, preparation of technical reports, and providing engineering solutions to meet project objectives. Additionally, the engineer will oversee the use of design tools, including CAD software, and may provide mentorship to junior engineers.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Structural Engineering, Structural Analysis, and Civil Engineering
  • Expertise in performing calculations and applying engineering principles
  • Experience with design tools such as Computer-Aided Design (CAD)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet project deadlines
  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
  • Experience in urban planning or infrastructure projects is a plus
  • Professional Engineering (PE) license or equivalent certification preferred
