Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Structural Engineer with expertise in
precast concrete
design and preferably
data center projects
. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing structural designs, performing analysis, and supporting project delivery while ensuring compliance with codes and standards. US experience is considered a strong asset.

Key Responsibilities:


• Develop detailed structural design concepts, analysis, and calculations for building and infrastructure projects with emphasis on precast systems and data centers.


• Prepare construction documents including drawings, specifications, and technical reports.


• Perform structural analysis and ensure compliance with international codes (ACI, AISC, ASCE, IBC, etc.).


• Coordinate design work with multidisciplinary teams (architecture, MEP, civil, sustainability).


• Support the Lead Structural Engineer in delivering high-quality, cost-effective solutions on schedule.


• Review contractor submittals, shop drawings, and respond to RFIs during construction.


• Conduct site inspections and provide technical support during construction phases.


• Contribute to QA/QC processes and ensure design documentation meets project requirements.


• Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior engineers and technicians.

Qualifications & Experience:


• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering.


• Professional Engineering License (PE/SE) in the US preferred; international chartered status is an asset.


• 7–10 years of experience in structural engineering, with proven knowledge of precast systems.


• Previous involvement in data center projects is highly desirable.


• Strong knowledge of US codes, standards, and permitting processes.


• Proficiency in structural design software (ETABS, SAP2000, STAAD.Pro, Revit Structure, Tekla, AutoCAD).


• Strong problem-solving, coordination, and communication skills.


• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results under tight deadlines.
