About the Role

We are seeking a motivated
Civil Engineer
with a passion for
structural design and steel detailing
to join our growing engineering team.

This role is ideal for recent graduates (2022–2023) who have completed coursework or gained hands-on experience in
steel structure detailing
and
structural design
.

You will collaborate with senior engineers to deliver high-quality engineering outputs across industrial and commercial projects, including fabrication drawings, design calculations, and construction documentation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare detailed
    steel structure shop drawings
    and
    connection details
    .
  • Assist in the
    structural analysis and design
    of steel and reinforced concrete elements.
  • Support the preparation of
    fabrication and erection drawings
    .
  • Coordinate with senior engineers and project teams to ensure design accuracy and constructability.
  • Review and update technical drawings to align with project standards.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
    , graduated between
    2022 and 2023
    .
  • Coursework, training, or practical experience in
    steel detailing
    ,
    structural design
    , or
    drafting software (Tekla Structures)
    .
  • Strong understanding of
    engineering principles
    ,
    structural behavior
    , and
    load analysis
    .
  • Proficiency in Tekla Structures
    or other detailing software is a plus.
  • Excellent
    communication and teamwork
    skills.
  • Eagerness to learn
    , grow professionally, and take on technical challenges.
