ajna Developments is excited to announce a new opportunity for a
Senior Structural Site Engineer
to join our growing team

Key Responsibilities:

·      Supervise and inspect all structural work to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and relevant standards.

·      Coordinate with the design team to interpret structural drawings and resolve discrepancies or conflicts on-site.

·      Review shop drawings, method statements, and material submittals for structural works.

·      Lead site inspections and ensure quality control procedures are followed.

·      Monitor daily progress and provide technical input for schedule optimization and problem-solving.

·      Liaise with contractors, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure seamless project execution.

·      Prepare and maintain site records including daily reports, progress photos, and quality documentation.

·      Support the Project Manager in preparing progress reports, schedules, and updates.

·      Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations.

·      Assist in cost control and material management related to structural works.

Requirements:

·      
Education:
Bachelor's degree in civil or Structural Engineering.

·      
Experience:
Minimum of 7–10 years of experience in structural engineering with at least 5 years in a site-based role.

·      
Other Skills:
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

·      
Work location
: Ain Sokhna.
