Envision Employment Solutions is currently looking for a Service Delivery Manager
- Performance, Rewards & Mobility for one of our partners, a global leader in the chemical industry field.
**Job Summary**:
As a Service Delivery Manager - Performance, Rewards & Mobility, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of performance & rewards management and mobility services. This role requires good communication skills, and a deep understanding of performance, rewards and mobility processes particularly the administrative and operational aspects. You will collaborate closely with various stakeholders to ensure the effective operationalization of these processes.
You will report to the Head of Hire to Retire Service Delivery and you will manage a team of 3 Service Delivery Associates.
**Responsibilities**:
- Operational management and oversight: Manage day-to-day operations and distribution of work amongst the team of 3 associates for performance & rewards management and mobility services. Ensure smooth and efficient execution of these processes and services as per annual HR calendar/ timelines and SLAs.
- Coordination with finance, payroll and benefits vendors:
- Coordinate, when needed with finance and payroll departments to ensure accurate and timely processing of compensation-related transactions.
- Collaborate with benefits vendors and brokers to ensure the effective delivery of benefits services to employees.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant local laws, regulations, and comapany's policies particularly while handling employee data.
- Data oversight: Oversee the maintenance of HR data and employee records for performance, compensation, benefits, and mobility.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to process efficiency & effectiveness and on-time completion of various performance and rewards processes as per annual calendar and mobility SLAs. Identify areas for process improvement and collaborate with other HR stakeholders to operationalize solutions to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of performance & rewards management and mobility processes.
- Escalation management: Serve as a point of escalation for any requests, issues or concerns related to performance & rewards management and mobility services and ensure timely resolution.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Master’s degree in Human Resources or a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience of at least 8+ years in HR Administration, Service Delivery, or a related field, with a focus on performance, rewards and mobility.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in leading and managing a team.
- Understanding of local labor laws and data protection regulations.
- Proficiency in HR information systems (HRIS) and other HR-related software.
- Excellent written and verbal Arabic and English language proficiency.
- Skills:
- Scope of work: Strong understanding, experience and working knowledge in Performance, Rewards and Mobility. Demonstrated expertise in managing performance cycles, merit and bonus payouts, and domestic and international mobility assignments.
- Team Management: Proven experience in leading and managing a team of performance, rewards and mobility.
- Process Proficiency: Deep understanding of performance, rewards and mobility.
- Technology Proficiency: Understanding of HRIS technologies and/or other relevant technology solutions required to deliver performance, rewards and mobility processes.
- Analytical Ability: Ability to analyze and understand performance, rewards and mobility data and derive relevant insights.
- Attention to Detail: Keen attention to detail to ensure on-time completion of performance cycles, payouts and assignments and identify areas of improvements for each process.
- Customer Focus: Customer-centric mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality services.
- Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships with stakeholders and senior management.
- Communication and Presentation Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Arabic and English. Ability to articulate and present complex information in a concise and lucid manner.
