Envision Employment Solutions is currently looking for a Supply Chain Service Delivery Manager for one of our partners, a global leader in consulting, digital transformation, technology, and engineering services.
This position requires flexibility to work on US times and flexibility to travel abroad when needed.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manages the Supply Planning, Demand Planning, Order Management, Order Fulfilment, Stock Management, Inventory, Logistics, Transport Planning, Claims Management
- Handles complex client specific queries, issues or escalations within the client context
- Manages the customer expectations and build strong relationship with clients.
- Understand the customer business priorities and align the overall goals and objectives in line with the client priorities.
- Drives process redesign to ensure improvement within the client context
- Assesses GPM applicability and matches these to client requirements
- Drives Value back to the client utilizing process expertise
- Assesses the control framework within the client processes context
- Identify continuous improvement and productivity improvement opportunities for Collections activities
- Prepare Management Report and Business Analysis
- Produce Ad-Hoc Report
- Responsible for the adequate execution of the Plan to Collect activities undertaken on behalf of the client.
- Sets forth the new process and team targets. Has an end to end vision of the overall customer objectives and synergies between the teams.
- Understands process and business metrics and how they can impact outcomes. Understands best in class processes and industry benchmarks.
- Ensures all Service Level Agreements are adhered to and provides the client with a high quality service. Drive Continuous improvements. Promotes teamwork, and provides employees with coaching and feedback for a small/medium size team. Networks with other functions
- Demonstrate expert knowledge of processes and related systems to effectively perform responsibilities
- Set the vision, direction, and culture of the team by managing individual and team performance expectations and goals
- Provide individual coaching feedback sessions, appraisal, training and mentoring talent to grow within organization & control attrition
- Manage and drive staffing plans, quality initiatives, process change initiatives, projects
- Provide the ability to manage reporting and analysis and track record of taking ownership and driving results
- Ensure that all of the client responsibilities occur in accordance with Service Level Agreements
- Identify, document, and review opportunities for team improvement in the processes

**Requirements**:

- 15+ Years of experience is required.
- Prior experience minimum 4 years in a similar role as SDM.
- Experience in FMCG, and Retail Sector with multinational exposure having interacted with global clients specifically in the Middle East Region
- Willingness to learn new technologies and work in any environment.
- Must have led a team before and has high leadership skills.
- Can deal with most situations likely to arise whilst travelling in an area where the language is spoken.
