Service Delivery Manager

Envision Employment Solutions is currently looking for a Service Delivery Manager
- Data, Reporting & Analytics for one of our partners, a global leader in the chemical industry field.
**Job Summary**:
As a Service Delivery Manager - Time & Payroll, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of time & attendance, leave & absence, expense and payroll services. This role requires great attention to detail, a drive for accuracy and a deep understanding of time & attendance including leave & absence management, expense and payroll management. You will collaborate closely with various stakeholders to ensure the effective operationalization of these processes.
You will report to the Head of Hire to Retire Service Delivery and you will manage a team of 4 Service Delivery Associates.

**Responsibilities**:

- Operational management and oversight:

- Manage day-to-day operations and distribution of work amongst the team of 4 associates for time & attendance, leave & absence, expense and payroll services. Ensure smooth and efficient execution of these services as per requirements & timelines.
- Oversee leave request processing and ensure maintenance of accurate records of employee leave balances and accruals, absence, time & attendance.
- Oversee the timely and accurate processing of payroll transactions, including wages, salaries, bonuses, and deductions.
- Oversee expense reimbursement processes, including review, approval, and reimbursement of business-related expenses, such as travel, meals etc.
- Monitor trends and patterns to identify opportunities for cost savings, efficiency improvements, or policy enhancements.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with finance and accounting departments to ensure accurate recording and reporting of payroll, other expenses and liabilities.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant local laws, regulations, and the company's policies particularly while handling employee data. Enforce company time & expense policies and guidelines to ensure compliance with documentation requirements, guidelines, and approval procedures.
- Data oversight: Oversee the maintenance of employees’ time & attendance, leave & absence, expense and payroll data on the relevant systems.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to process efficiency & effectiveness and on-time completion of various for time & attendance, leave & absence, expense and payroll services activities. Identify areas for improvement and collaborate with other HR stakeholders to operationalize solutions to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of services processes.
- Escalation management: Serve as a point of escalation for any requests, issues or concerns related to for time & attendance, leave & absence, expense and payroll services and ensure timely resolution.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Master’s degree in Human Resources or a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience of at least 8+ years in HR Administration, Service Delivery, or a related field, with a focus on time and payroll.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in leading and managing a team.
- Understanding of local labor laws and data protection regulations.
- Proficiency in HR information systems (HRIS) and payroll, benefits and expense software.
- Excellent written and verbal Arabic and English language proficiency.
- Skills:

- Scope of work: Strong understanding, experience and working knowledge in time and payroll. Demonstrated expertise in managing and operationalizing end to end processes for leave and absence, payroll processing and validation, benefits and expense processing.
- Team Management: Proven experience in leading and managing a team for Talent Management.
- Process Proficiency: Deep understanding of time and payroll processes.
- Technology Proficiency: Understanding of HRIS technologies and/or other relevant time and payroll technology solutions required to operationalize time and payroll.
- Analytical Ability: Ability to analyze and understand diverse time and payroll data and derive relevant insights.
- Attention to Detail: Keen attention to detail to ensure adherence to SLAs and compliance and identify bottlenecks and areas of improvements for each process.
- Customer Focus: Customer-centric mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality services.
- Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships with stakeholders and senior management.
- Communication and Presentation Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Arabic and English. Ability to articulate and present complex information in a concise and lucid manner.
