As our company expands, there is also a need to expand support services to ensure effective and efficient operations. As such, an opportunity for a Translation Project Manager has arisen on our translations team.

We are looking for a Translation Project Manager to oversee document translation projects by ensuring timeliness and accuracy of client deliverables.
As a Translation Project Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for existing clients; responsible for coordinating and assigning translation projects to the internal translation team; proactively use effective written and verbal communication to ensure that assigned teams understand the scope and expectations of each project, and are kept fully informed as to the progress of their projects; simultaneously responsible for coordinating multiple ongoing projects between internal teams and clients on a per project basis.

**Responsibilities**:

- Scope and quote jobs for existing clients
- Select the appropriate internal resources for each project and lead project teams throughout the process
- Ensure quality control for project deliverables and take corrective action as needed
- Manage all project resources with regular project tracking, ensuring that all deliverables per language are tracking against targeted delivery date
- Strategic project planning involving best methodologies, processes, and risk assessments
- Accurate documentation and filing of all project related materials
- Identification and development of project/process improvement opportunities and escalating to Managing Director
- A commitment to delivering excellent customer services, with positive and friendly approach to customers
- Support our clients by providing expert advice and respond to & implement client’s feedback to translated projects
- Coordinating the team of in-house translators and reviewers, and perform editing and QA checks of content in English and Arabic
- Management of translation projects in a timely and cost-effective manner
- Maintaining an ethical code that protects the confidentiality of information

**Requirements**:

- Associate Degree / bachelor’s degree in business or any related field.
- 3 to 5 years of related work experience.
- Experience in schedule management.
- Strong work ethic and high level of energy.
- Demonstrate accountability, personal integrity, organizational skills and proactive positive attitude while executing ongoing tasks.
- Customer service centric personality.
- Project Management experience.
- Excellent in written and spoken English.
