**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in international business development or market expansion, preferably within the translation or localization industry.
- Strong track record of successfully launching products or services in new markets and achieving sales targets.
- Excellent understanding of global market dynamics and cultural nuances.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in multiple languages is a significant advantage.
- Strong analytical skills, with experience in market research and data interpretation.
