- Responsible for creating and executing plans to meet partnership objectives, manage relationships with partners, including negotiating contracts, setting goals and objectives.
- Responsible for identifying new growth opportunities, keeping up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities, and proactively seeking out new partnerships that could benefit the business.
- Test innovative growth initiatives, exploring new avenues and strategies to drive business expansion.
- Monitor growth initiatives and partnership performance, analyze relevant data, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams such as business, marketing, product development, finance and legal to ensure that partnership initiatives align with business goals and objectives.
- Represent the company in external meetings and negotiations, and will be responsible for maintaining a positive image of the company in all interactions with partners and other stakeholders.
- Monitor and report on growth and partnerships outcomes, providing actionable insights and recommendations to drive improvement and scaling opportunities.

**Requirements**:

- 3:5 years of experience in business, partnerships, or growth roles.
- Previous experience in Startups is a plus.
- Previous experience in insurance companies or insurance brokerage companies.
- Bachelor degree in a related field.
- English proficiency (spoken & written) is a must.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and negotiation skills.
- Skilled and quick with the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Data driven and strong problem-solving skills to propose mutually beneficial solutions.
- Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively.
