**Key Responsibilities****:

- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and expectations.
- Provide guidance and training to managers on interviewing techniques and recruitment processes.

- Work closely with the marketing team to strengthen the company’s employer brand.
- Develop engaging content and campaigns to attract talent.
**Metrics and Reporting**:
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of recruitment efforts.
- Provide regular reports and insights to leadership on hiring progress and challenges.
**Process Improvement**:
- Continuously refine and optimize recruitment processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in recruitment, with a focus on talent acquisition or HR roles.
- Proven expertise in sourcing and recruiting for various levels of roles, including senior positions.
- Strong understanding of recruitment metrics, tools, and techniques.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment platforms.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of labor laws and best HR practices.
- **Preferred Qualifications**:
- Certification in Recruitment or HR (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP, or CIR).
