**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute strategic plans to grow GEHC business in Africa through both direct and indirect channels.
- Focus on the generating revenue and market share growth in African countries where GEHC is direct or through ICP. Identify in-country development opportunities in financial, operational, and service capacity in different countries to ensure sustainable success.
- Maintain a healthy and efficient ICP network across Africa, ensuring no conflicting overlap among partners.
- Identify and pursue initiatives, concepts, and opportunities to grow direct business in various African countries.
- Foster synergies among different countries, customers and functions within GEHC and the ICP network to maximize business growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and implementation of growth strategies.
- Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
- Provide regular reports and updates on business performance, market conditions, and growth initiatives to senior management.

**Required Qualifications**:

- More than 7-10 years of experience in healthcare industry.
- Proven track record of driving business growth through direct and indirect channels in emerging markets, preferably within Africa.
- Strong understanding of the healthcare industry and market dynamics in Africa.
- Strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural and diverse environment.
- Willingness to travel across Africa.
